Can't Start Match

Hi, I downloaded the Windows 64 version and started up the game, but when I try to start a match, it doesn't go anywhere. Any help?

Hello amazedbygrace86! I'm sorry to hear that, I've not seen that issue before. Do you have any gamepads connected? Unfortuantely this game can only be played via USB gamepads, as it's primarily a multiplayer game.
Have you gotten to a screen that looks like this? (the phrasing and background will vary)

Hello! Thanks for your quick reply! I am using a Xbox 360 gamepad through USB. It works to get into the menu where you can chose which match to play, but then it doesn't go past that screen for any of the match options I pick.

Hm, this is not something we've encountered before, and our primary controller is also a wired xbox 360 controller.
I've got a few questions for clarification - is this the screen you are stuck at?
Can you otherwise navigate the menu (Change menu options, back out to the main menu, navigate through the game settings?)
and lastly, are you able to navigate any further if you use the mouse?

Thanks again for your help! So, yes, that is the screen where I am stuck. I can navigate the menu with my controller, but only the "B" button (Back) works. Anytime, I press "A' to advance, nothing happens. The mouse does work as well to navigate, but if I click on "Vicotryball," nothing happens.
