Loved the story, visuals and overall conception. I thought the puzzles were pretty smart (the password one did require the hint, though, I think it would have been too many possibilities to try otherwise). I think this had a really unique handwriting and I loved how it was both gruesome, unsettling but also a bit funny.

I had some bigger issues with the user interface for both puzzles, in that I didn’t know how to activate the solution (the “button/submit”-design is not intuitive). I nearly quit over it but the story brought me back and once I got the ending I was really glad I pushed through the frustration because it’s really a gorgeous game. And technical stuff can always be fixed a lot easier than a sloppy story. So kudos, can’t wait what you come up with next!

Thank you so much for playing it and the review! You're completely right about the UI and the password puzzle. I definitely should've made the password applicable both in caps and without, and using a checkbox instead of a button was a miss. Many of the issues you've encountered are due to my unfamiliarity with the engine (the url-textbox thing being lockable only in part was something I considered but couldn't figure out and get working in time), and I hope to improve as I practice.

Again, thank you so much! This is exactly the kind of feedback I've been looking for. <3 (Please say hi to your cats for me!)

I am so happy that the feedback was helpful. I can only imagine how much work goes into a game like this, there's so many elements that need to work, especially for a game like yours that is not just a standard experience but tries something more.
