Hi Mike, I'm doing some hard digging and flipping through people I've worked with in the past. What I'm generally looking for is a partnership with someone else driven to make games and work in tandem. I can do Art and have many Art related contacts (too many) but I don't have capital. I'm also in my 30's with a family and I'm the lead tech for our service company so I'm generally busy every day. Yet still I'm able to contribute a lot into projects. I have documentation on a game I'm excited to work on. But what's more important is I'm really looking for another technical mind to work with. Someone that can see scope issues, figure out design patterns that are effective with, and have creative back and forth dialogue, and genuine friendship in building games and sharing success.
