Help, I can't play the game!
When I launch it, the program appears for a second and then immediately closes

- Paid Version on Windows 10

Did you unzip the folder? and click the right application. Sometimes it has also problems when a other renpy game is currently running. If not the above I really dont know cause we tested it and other paid users with Win 10/11 didn´t have any problem. or try to restart your pc

I got the game through the itch launcher so I don't need to unzip the folder, the only application I have is Dontopenthedoor.exe
And I'm fairly certain I don't have any other renpy games running. Restarting didn't help either.
I will try to download the game through my browser and see if that makes a difference.
EDIT: Downloading the game through the browser doesn't make a difference.

But it doesn't matter if you got it through thr itch luncher. Because I uploded the file as a zip on Itch . So if you download it you have to unzip it at least 1 time. right klick on the folder and unzip.
