Okay, I've let our admins know.
From Account Settings -> Misc -> Delete Account, but I don't think it will help. The new filters seem to impact a lot of accounts, new and old.

I don't know how deleting accounts works, but isn't your username "izof18"?
I have no idea what's wrong, sorry, and I still think it wouldn't help you.
