First of all, the game is good. As the number of customers increases, the tension rises, and I really liked that. I think having a simple life system, or losing points instead — and losing the game when the score drops below zero — could make the gameplay feel more dynamic.

Thanks for the feedback, I think losing points until dropping to zero makes a ton of sense.  Maybe your end score is your highest score of that run.  I like that concept more than the life system I was thinking about.  Glad you liked it!
