This feels like Half-Life except it's just Xen . . .

This game is suuuper creative and cool, especially with its procedural animations for characters, but it's got a lot of stuff just holding it back from being as fun as it could be.

Most important thing is that the gun does not aim correctly at the mouse at all, which makes it very frustrating to try and hit enemies when you are being chased by them. Also, your move speed is very slow; maybe add a sprint mechanic or something? Lastly that area where you have to equip your suit just seems to be unbeatable? I checked all the walls and there doesn't appear to be a way out, and I think I killed most if not all of the monsters there, but nothing happened.

Anyways I really want to see this game when it's got those problems worked out, because it's atmosphere is fantastic and it's got a bunch of neat ideas!

sounds like your not scanning things. Did you scan the weird pulsing plant just outside of the no oxygen room? It says to seek the centre of that room. If you scan the gun it tells you that you can hold out your arms by holding R/F for each arm which makes aiming easier. I hope you’ll able to get past that part, I put a lot of work into the ending. Your meant to find a room in the middle of the no oxygen room and take the keys out of there and use them to unlock some doors. The doors you need to unlock are upwards from the statue room. I wish I could have gotten a more play testing done but my main play tester was on a holiday. Also I don’t want the gun to ever perfectly aim at mouse because I’m evil. I thought of increasing the run speed or adding a sprint many times as it is kinda slow but I couldn’t bring myself to do so for two reasons, firstly if the player is faster all creatures need to move faster and I think they look the best at the speed there at now and secondly I didn’t want to trade atmosphere. Please give me anymore feedback you have if you beat it!
