I did not see that ending coming. It definitely left me wanting more.

You did a good job capturing the feel of high schoolers, from the friendship between Rachel and Monique, to the way groups can turn on someone, to the loneliness of being an outcast. The characters felt real, and the conversations felt natural. There was clearly more to the story than we, the readers, knew, and you left enough throughout to make me want to learn.

I wasn’t sure what I thought of the art at first, but it grew on me as I continued. I think it worked well for the story you were telling, and the characters and the backgrounds worked well together. The music on the beginning screen was a little quiet compared to the music in game. I had to turn the volume up to max to hear it, which made it a little too loud when the game itself started. Having the volume sliders meant it was easy to adjust, but it’s something you might want to think about.

All in all, I think you have a good start and I hope you finish telling this story.

hello, thank you so much for the input! im glad the story and setting resonates and that the dialogue was enough for you to grow an interest, while still leaving room for the player to feel curious at the potential outcome! im glad the art grew on you, the artists are so passionate about the project and im extremely grateful for their enthusiasm and effort! i will definitely take what you said into consideration regarding the volume, there is much to be polished for the full release and sound mixing will be in that list for sure :) thank you so much for checking out our game!!
