I love the illustrations in this omggggg! They're amazing! I especially like the one on page 6's spread (on the right)! I also really like the different brands you created for each doll part, such a creative little touch!
I like the factions a lot, and would love to see more example NPCs from there if you plan on updating them. The ones in there now seem very strong for new players, so it would be cool to have some new players can fight/encounter!
Finally, as much as I love the layout, some pages are harder to read than others, like the spread on page 6 (the purple one).
