Hello. I have been playing the game for quite a bit now but is it normal that on the mobile version on which I'm on I don't see the mouth and penis options?
Did you buy necessary upgrades from the shop?
Namely dex 2 10k and Dex 4 20k
I have the same problem
You need to buy those skills from the shop, hands free mount and stabilizer, for penis and mouth
