the japanese definition (which started first) futanari is a woman with both genders or in other words a hermaphrodite. I needed clarification due to several titles I have tried mis-branded the term futanari. Not disrespecting anyone at all in fact a few of them were amazing to play. And I’m hoping this title will be another one to enjoy 🤤
