Playing and experiencing more of the content, would an achievement/trophy system be at all worth it? It could be nice to be able to revisit scenes once you've unlocked them with personality types, and maybe give some sort of boost on subsequent playthroughs. I know NG+ is already a thing, but being able to toggle bonus cash/weight gain on a file could be nice.
Mostly just thoughts, cause I know things like passive increases that sound simple can be really obnoxious to add in, but I tend to make one guy one gaining girl file for each major update to try to track down the new changes in gameplay

Thank you for the suggestion! An achievement system could help track how much of the content you've seen. And maybe they could offer rewards for future playthroughs. I'll have a think about it.
