I haven't unlocked the automatic townsfolk leveling upgrade yet, and they mine are still automatically leveling up. I also cannot play any of the new levels that were released. What should I do to unlock the level?
Edit: It also seems like the price for depositing max when doing it for all farms is highly inflated. It was >300k red bits for 7 farms (4 level 8 and 1 on level 5-7)
