First off, thanks heaps for the detailed feedback, it was very much appreciated and ended up contributing significantly to this patch and will impact future patches as well. So thankyou so much for taking the time to write it all out!!
In short i've incorporated a large chunk of your feedback in the latest patch and plan to incorporate much more of it in future patches.
- the music comes courtesy of https://pizzadoggy.itch.io/cozy-tunes and I agree with it being really amazing. I also had a look at the music you linked and love the vibe of it, and more from that game too!
- i've added a way to see all upgrade system locations beforehand (through an upgrade)
Part 1.
1 - that information will be added in a future update as well. That's quite a funny bug you found lol.
2 - I hadn't really thought of the equipment system being in competition with the town before you mentioned it. But you're absolutely right. I want them to be more synergistic with each other instead, and future updates will reflect that. I did beef up the equipment system in this update, but the two systems working on different aspects of strength or amplifying each other would be much better than competing with each other
3 - I'm not much of a fan of too much grinding either. I'll avoid it best I can and give players multiple ways to progress.
Part 2.
1 - added, the game now remembers your last tab before combat
2 - armor set bonuses are now explained and expanded
3 - good suggestion and I plan on implementing a similar feature, and expanding to items as well
4 - another good suggestion, and will be implemented in a future update
Part 3.
1 - will be fixed in a future update
2 - There might be a future novel mechanic or small feature to the game when you zoom in too much in a future update
3a&b - partly fixed, if you refund the upgrade the next upgrades will be hidden as well. The rest of this feedback will be fixed in a future update
4 - fixed
5 - fixed, fishs are now fish

- i've added a potential fix to the companions bug, but could not actually recreate the issue on my end. So i'm speculating the it's fixed for now
- the farm is actually intended to help with stages 15-20, but since that content isn't added yet, it's a tad overpowered for now. And also it will be less micromanagement involved in an upcoming update.
- also I might have those upgrade system unlocks "teased" in the upgrade tree where they are visible from a distance, so you have something to aim for. I might scrap that idea but we'll see how it plays out.
- also your thoughts on the farm is interesting and i'll take it into consideration in the next content/balancing patch

Thanks for the feedback, both issues have been fixed and will be included in the next patch coming very soon.
Actually the nitpicky feedback is very useful, it's usually the easiest thing to overlook as a developer. And turns out the order of the resources was correct, however the order of the enemies in the stages was wrong! Flipping the difficulty of those 2 stages! I had gotten the two mixed up. So your feedback was very helpful.

1. Good suggestion, i'll add a display showing item sets better and before you get them rather than latter, probably on item hover. Also include more item sets.
