Whenever I try to run the executable, it freezes and crashes. Not sure why.
That's odd, what is your OS? This likely only works with a Windows 10 operating system for the time being.

I don't think I'll be able to provide much help, they added so much stuff in Windows 11 that could potentially break it. Have you tried running it in compatibility mode?
