ok,,,i have spoken to horizon worlds Hassim,i am still trying to get developer mode on my headset but a restricted message still keeps coming up not allowing me to go any further,the advice was to 2nd authenticate my account with a debit card rather than paypal which does not make sense as its not the issue.I am in good standing and no violations against me have been reported and yet i still have this page that comes up saying it is not available to me because of the restriction,which i now know is a technical issue but no one can get it lifted.In case you ask yes it was a proper person and there suggestions were not helpful in trying to resolve this.Please can you help in this matter.
