I made quite some changes since last time. But here's the original trailer for the game :)

The main idea was to create something so tiny in scope that I could also push that to the steam.

Since the task is about customization and because xanderwood is making a top down space shooter as his steam game, I didn't think twice and decided to make a space shooter as well :D

So basically the game is about customizing the spaceship, you can send expeditions to find more customizations, collect experience from the missions and invest it for permanent upgrades of the spaceship. Customizations and upgrades are supposed to work together and multiply each other's strengths :) There is also autosave btw :D

Originally I had made a huge game design mistake by making spaceship that is implying mobility static like a tower... It's fixed now and the game feels more dynamic :)

I probably wouldn't have noticed that if not for early release of the game before the deadline and some kind sirs pointed that out in the game comments.

If I could give any advice for anyone starting the gamedev journey - ask for the "negative feedback" and don't try to prove that whoever gives it is wrong. Gather all the data, analyse it and as  soon as you will fix all the "painful" points you will have much better game.
