That is not possible, either those games were not made using renpy or they would have asked. I pressed on the "more information" tag in the site to check out other games made with Ren'Py.
1st game that popped up was "The Freak Circus", that game didn't ask me for any permissions (gallery access or otherwise) after I downloaded and opened it.
I don't know why you say it's not possible, but it is.
