Hi! My GM's letting us play w/ these toys in his game. Love all them. Had a question about the Erinyes's "Know Thy Sins" trait: is being chained intended to count as a status or condition for the amount of burn that the target receives?
It is not, though not unreasonable if you feel the frame needs a boost
