I guess that the USR 0 incompatibility issue fixes the problem some people had with DivMMC and similar hardware. By the way, which option did you choose to fix it?
Answered on spectrumComuting. Also USR 0 means 48k mode with paging enabled. Some hardware and emulators use it to load programs.
