You need to combo the enchantment card (double values of cards in play) and the replay card with a bunch of gems in play, which essentially quadruples their value and will get you to the 100 point threshold.
You need to just keep restarting a game until you begin with either Enchantment or Replay, and hope that the other is in the deck this game.
