Yeah around week 28 or 29, i think 29. The screen faded and never went back to the game, just black. When i boot up the game and click the arrow on the disclaimer screen it is just black, i can hear the music, but i cannot go any further or click start.

Yes im on PC, windows specifically

I'm not sure if I'm gonna be able to find this bug anytime soon.

In the meantime you can delete the old saves here (from the start menu type 'Registry Editor');
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PinkTea\Realms Of Bondage

Then restart a new game and use the cheat to skip to your current progress point.
Does deleting the save allow you to get past the disclaimer screen now?

Hi sorry for the lack of response I've had a busy week. Im confused by your advice, where do I type this? Im not used to putting in commands for games outside of steam.

(1 edit)

Just open your start menu and type in "reg". The first item that pops up should be "Registry Editor". Open that, then navigate to -> HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PinkTea\Realms Of Bondage

You can delete everything inside the "Realms Of Bondage" folder

So ive opened the game, i typed "reg" at the language select screen, nothing happened. I clicked the arrow to the main menu (which is just a black screen for me) and did the same and nothing happened.

Apologies for my last reply, im not tech savy. I found what you were talking about, deleted everything, and the issue persists. I load up the game, click the arrow on the language select screen, and its black.

I also just updated my drivers and still nothing different. Thank you for your help, i appreciate it, im sorry if im being an inconvenience i fell like im the only person having this issue lol

No need to apologize!

Ah, still persisting....
Also, did you try downloading the latest version of the game? I reuploaded it on January 11th, with a small change. I thought that might have caused your issue.

Another thing you can try is going to your graphics card settings (Nvidia Control Panel for example). Here try changing your "Aspect ratio" to something different and see if that works.

Hi, I just replaced the Windows version of the game and updated some of the code which may have caused your issue with the black screen.
Can you let me know if the problem has been fixed?
