Hey man, I'm kind of an idiot and I don't quite understand how to install this on Android... Could you please do some kind of video tutorial so I can see what I'm doing wrong? (Sorry for my grammar, English isn't My first language)
Youtube has videos on installing Renpy games on Android with Joiplay. Find them using Internet Search Engines, for example with

You might try adding Harem Hotel to that search term, but installation is about the same for all Renpy games.
Then try again following the instructions above on this page, under the heading “How to play on Android”.
