I'd honestly forgotten that it was Monster Sweethearts where I first heard the idea of running when upset. I didn't end up listening to that advice for a few more years, but when I moved and suddenly had access to a treadmill throughout my day, it's now become one of the most productive ways that I manage my anxiety.
I still think of the original scene every time I decide to go for a run, but somehow I forgot that it's from this game. Crazy how stuff like that sticks with you for so long
