Highly recommend pairing with a few dimension cards to grab stuff from exile, other than that mostly you'll be looking at the cards that give parasite cards more damage and the scaling with parasite cards played cards. Might be some new stuff but I haven't checked yet. Honestly I think parasite is pretty good at farming height but not great at actual fights.
