That is just a false statement. There is a whole section on itch.io allocated to TOOLS https://itch.io/tools
Yes but this has nothing to do with games, this is just your day to day bank account exercise in early software development but this one has a GUI. At least when you go to https://itch.io/tools you find tools that you can use to help you make games.
