The Servant of Nature is pretty straightforward, you just have to manage the adds. I'd suggest using AoE attacks to clear them out quickly, but you could probably also get by with modifying your equipment so you resist status ailments.
With the Servant of Air, Melissa will tell you when to block, but if you level enough, you can just damage race the fight.
