Yes if you referring to them getting a random head and ect, then yes you can turn them back to normal.
You can do it by either relaunching the game or repeatedly do the ritual until they get their head back to normal.
If you referring to the sheep turning into the Demon Sheep, then no worries, as its a seperate character you can change between.
