• How do I backspace?

• Why is the default name "Player"? Unless… do you know someone named Player…?

1) Click with 2 fingers at the same time in screen

2) I just a default name don't think about it too much

1) It just acts like I'm clicking those two spots in rapid succession of each other.

2) It's just an odd choice. My two cents; I'd leave the name empty if you don't want a canon name. But it's just my own personal preference, it's not like games haven't used Player as a default name before.

1) Strange... That's not something wrong with game its your phone

2) I don't think it has a specific reason... meh

Even if it is my phone, not all phones are programmed to recieve the same inputs the same way.

My friend's phone lets you run an active app in the background by swiping down. They are annoyed by it, since it keeps going to the home screen when they are trying to scroll through menus. I think they use iOS. I doubt it's windows. Their tech friend in another city said they need to disable it in "Gestures". If they find it, I'll look for it on my Android and see if I can set two-finger tapping to X… or… whatever the backspace key is supposed to be.

It's easier to backspace when pressing the screen with two fingers from the same hand.

As I've mention, my phone doesn't read that as backspace\X…

I think it's my stupid phone… The sides curl over the edge… A big problem, given that in text editors, I easily spam 0 or backspace, because my middle and ring finger often rest on those keys in portrait mode. Meanwhile, in landscape mode, my notification screen in constantly popping down and up, from my fingerd toggling it… in addition to the buttons at the bottom causing the applications to close…

I can't find my gesture settings, either. I mean, I have Nova, but Google has disabled its access to gesture settings, so I need to find the actual gesture settings…

What Android model and version (OS) do you  use?

The most recent one.

I got it to work. I just need to temporarily turn gestures on while playing.

The gesture settings are buried in advanced settings, under accessibility, under ease of use, if you were curious.

That's great I really love this game. I love the way the programmer developed it to bypass the incest policy on Patreon. I love to figure out what code he used to customize the relationships. There's a disadvantage with the Android app version I use the windows version with game interpreter called JoiPlayer they also have a Patreon. I use that app because it's hard to backup the save files from the Android version. Make sure to follow the FAQ.
