It will plow and cultivate at the same time to leave a nicer finish like it would in real life. You need to enable creating fields in the plowing mode for it to work. It won't create fields in any other mode.
Yeah, that is what I thought. The "Allow Create Fields" feature is not working in any work mode. It does switch to different modes and the textures changes, but I cannot disturb land with it.
