Yeah, that is what I thought.  The "Allow Create Fields" feature is not working in any work mode.  It does switch to different modes and the textures changes, but I cannot disturb land with it.

I cannot seem to get the create fields option to work.  It might be cause the plowing mode texture does not look right or working properly.
