Let's say that my specs aren't the issue at hand here. (I'm not comparing games; obviously, this is a AAA game and it will be better optimized. I'm just using a somewhat high-end game as an example of what my computer can run smoothly with no lag or stutter ( I wanted to post a Steam picture of Elden Ring and how many hours I have on the game, almost 500 but Itch.io doesn't let me for some reason )

Elden ring isn't the best game to say your pc specs isn't the issue when the recommended is a gtx 1070 8gb lol with a intel core I7 or a amd ryzen 5 lol

try to read what i said, ty

As stated, it is hard to help you without knowing your system specifications. You may have a bottleneck between GPU / CPU. Are you using a dedicated card on laptop? It is true the engine is mainly single threaded without using something like DOTS however physics are always multithreaded and the game does utilize the GPU / CPU'S and i do have the game offloading rendering to multiple worker threads, however it is not exactly easy to implement DOTS fully, due to the engine specific API's not being able to run on others then the main thread, but your the only one i had who have these very low perf issues. I can only suggest trying this: To optimize: Try reduce texture quality to half, fog quality, FPS cap and shadow distance and make sure to not have any heavy programs running while playing the game. Please try this and report back, if you still are having issues feel free to request a refund https://itch.io/docs/legal/terms#refunds
