Just got introduced to your writing and BY GOD IS IT GOOD. Honestly, I haven't been able to focus AT ALL for the past week, exam stress taking the fun out of all of my hobbies. Sat down with this cuz I wanted a quick play and leave, but when it subverted my expectations and turned out to be a horror investigation thriller, I stuck around. Slowly soaking in the plot and engaging with the unique and fun mechanics you clearly put a lot of love into has brightened my day beyond measure. I've found myself genuinely laughing, cracking jokes, and truly living in this wonderful work. Above all else, thank you for making this, even if it's a demo.
TL;DR, if you want a common metric, this story would be a 10/10, even in spite of wording errors or sentence structure. Personal metric? It is a priceless gem I will keep in my back pocket for a long period of time, even if it is never to get another update.
