That time limit will removed from the tutorial in the next update. What is causing you to be stuck in the tutorial?
I may just be being stupid, but I can't figure out what I'm supposed to be typing in to complete the ticket. It says to type the command exactly as shown but I can't figure out what the command is even supposed to be.
Sorry for any confusion. The command is shown on screen with each ticket. I'll look into adding a highlight to the tutorial.
