How do i unlock the middle of knowhere dungeon?

After handing in the fourth dungeon quest, there should be an event that ends with Brittany chasing some lizardmen out of the guild. After that, you can find the middle of nowhere dungeon quest on the quest board, which prompts you to go talk to the other receptionist. You'll have to deal with the annoying customer bothering her first though. If brittany is still there and you can't talk to her, the debug menu has a "Dungeon 5 receptionist bug" option that might fix the issue. If you're still having issues after that let me know.
