Ah! The game design here was supposed to incentivize the player to die over and over in order to find the optimum path for themselves (like how a speed runner would find the best optimum route) , and the level of randomness was kept to a minimum with some consistency so its speedrunner friendly , speaking of speedrunning someone can complete the game sub 50 quite consistently , so this game was definitely made for partially with speedrunners in mind or the same way that a speedrunner would play (quick resets , planning out paths and having consistent enough interactions) But at the same time I can understand why some people might find that tedious so completely fair on that!
