That was only available a few months ago, for early players. Handing out Steam keys was hurting wishlists, which was a problem because Steam doesn’t highlight the game unless it hits a certain level of wishlists.
Aw man, that sucks. Would've waited if I'd known that. Oh well, just means manual updates and lack of steam achievements, nothing too drastic I suppose.
