just started, but why does the teacher look like that.. its so out of place for a high school and her pose is kind of gross with how she emphasizes/pushes up her breasts unnaturally.

the description also makes it sound like a college setting, with it being a scholarship and not mentioning the school level at all. I was originally unaware scholarships were available for that level, so learned something new! Still, be nice to know ahead of time as I'm a full grown adult and really hope there wont be any weird scenes..

very minor, wouldve liked to know i was naming a boy character as I used a feminine name. not a big deal, but that's because it looks unisex. Description also didnt mention, my bad for assuming as most ive played were girl MC's unless specifically stated.

will add an additional comment after playing more than the intro.

So, i type these out as i play so i can get everything out in order. This will be long, but I'm only probably going to play until Day 3 as it doesnt seem to be my kind of game. Its realistic in that things don't happen immediately, which can be a good thing! I may return to this in the future.

I can suspend belief for Ms. Nguyen's top, and her model looks much better than Ms. Carter's.

(edit: oh the school does follow a dress code but i guess not as strict as public schools..?)

Jackson is surprisingly well dressed for a high schooler, in his suit and tie! always sure to make an impression :)

The varied art styles helps to ensure no one looks the same. Luca looks typical anime, but Mason for example has more of a rectangular face. Ms. Brooks looks painted and a hint on the translucent side. It's interesting to see the multiple styes in 1 scene, and it's nice not to have "same face syndrome."

Its a catholic high school? that makes ms. carter look even worse, especially considering the conversation about a previous teacher rumored to have had relations with a final year student..

Okay, so theres slight loading delays when selecting what to do for the day at school. the screen fades out after you go back to the selection menu, instead of when you make your choice. unsure if intentional.

"go back" in kitchen menu does not get rid of the kitchen selection menu, but clicking outside of it will. minor bug.

Park stuff seems to work fine.

I appreciate that it says "nothing is happening" at the front of the school option, so i dont feel like i have to choose it and can explore the others.

Thank you for your feedback!

Its nice seeing someone that actually tells me what's wrong and what's right.

Now to adress your concerns.

1. I am aware that miss Brooks looks really out of place, but all of the sprites aren't made by me, so considering the amount of characters the game has i didn't really have a choice (Also the game was made on a time crunch, so the sprites where more of a first come first served, so now I can finally choose them right)

Also I forgot to add in the description that the game is still in a pre-alpha phase, so no characters and backrounds are definitive

2. Considering this game is loosely based on real life experiences, the scholarship part is a cover up for the real reason the main character moved to a different country, and I decided on a scholarship as it is closely tied with the school/college medium

3. Thank you for telling me about that, I will add a disclaimer at the start of the game about the ma's gender

4. The delay at the school menu is because of the sheer amount of events that happen up until chapter 2, so not intentional, just ren'py lagging a bit

5. I am aware of the kitchen bug, and will fix it in the following hotfix

I again really appreciate your feedback, and I hope you'll enjoy the major events that will come later in the story (if you stick around for that long, obviously)
