CB will not be having any of that.

There are two things, universes and timelines. Universes works like a compass. North = Day Break, West = Street Hound, East = Broken Soul, South = Ravaging Beast. There's one more instance of Masuo that is mentioned but will only appear in LSH Ted. He made two hops to come to this universe.

Now about timeline. I will explain 1-3 first. They happen if Masuo goes strays away from Ryoko's plan and does something that changes so many things.

1- Marrying Junsa, He stays in the past with her and began family with her. Kind of what happens in Ryoko's reality.

2-Marrying Hitomi. Two outcomes. First one you see right now. Second one where you actually marry her. That it yet to be added.

3-Marrying Misa. You make her your girlfriend out of pity since she liked your dad so much.

Now timeline 0. Ranges from 0.0 to 0.8. Everything here happened as it should be or Ryoko nudge it according to her plans.

0.0-No nudge from Ryoko. Misturi is killed by Nagito. Masuo lives with Mrs. Yamada. Masuo marries Rangiku (Kagome in 0.7). Ryoko doesn't have memory of this timeline. You will find out more in future update.

0.1-Ryoko makes sure Misturi is doesn't come to back for Masuo. He is adopted by a family Becomes a criminal. Gets bored of killing people, meets Rin(Maeka in 0.7). They date for a bit until Rin is killed. Ryoko resets for the first time. Why she retains her memory after this will be explained during her gameplay.

0.2-Same thing but this time she makes sure a police officer named Renko falls in love with him. He stops all his criminal activities for her. She doesn't return one day and assumed dead. Ryoko resets again.

0.3-Makes sure Misturi gets him. Misturi is kileld by Nagito. Makes sure he never meets Mrs. Yamada. Masuo is not attractive in this one so buys a cheap robot partner named Riku. Riku doesn't like that other boys in the college bullying him so gets him in shape. Fall in love with him during this time. When Merusa attacks dies protecting him. Masuo does defeat Merusa but becomes evil. Ryoko resets.

0.4-Ryoko makes sure Mrs. Yamada adopts him as an infant. Doesn't do anything else and lets things play out. He meets Ryoko(Michiko in 0.7). She is killed by her ex. Ryoko resets again.

0.5-Ryoko get him adopted by Sawamura family. Later assigned as bodyguard to Riho Sawamura. She falls in love wit him. When Lady Merusa attacks. Masuo is hurt really bad and she went to confront Merusa and dies. Ryoko reset everything again.

0.6-Makes sure Misturi gets him back. Gets Nagito locked up so he never tries to violate and kill Mitsuri. Finds out about Himawari's clone Dahlia and her daughter Reiko. Thinks she is strong and will not die from anyone that easily. One day, makes Reiko drink and drive while ordering something from Masuo's work. Reiko hits motorbike with her car and when he is in the hospital begs for him not say it was her who collided with him. He agrees and the two becomes a couple sometime later. Ryoko just let things play out on her own. When lady Merusa tries to take over Reiko dies from her minion. Ryoko stays out of everything. Masuo finds out Merusa is doing all that for him so when he is about to kill himself Ryoko resets everything again.

0.7-Current timeline. Ryoko tried to match to 0.6 with a few changes. This time a version of her gives her a ring for Masuo. She decides to be in Masuo's life to watch over him. Makes sure Misturi and Reiko becomes best friends from the beginning. Saves Mitsuri when they are in Sunflower City. Meets Masuo during a kendo fight and impresses him. Nagito is back at harassing Misturi again. Masuo almost kills him and his friend. Helps him cover up everything and convince him to come with him. Gives him the ring and you know the rest.

0.8-Will happen after Ryoko is dead and you don't follow Reiko in a future quest.
