While the story is being updated and a little after full release I think a chapter select menu would be neat so no one has to replay the whole game every time a new update happens.
Scrolling to the bottom of the save menu and choosing "save on disk" will save the game to your actual device instead of just your browser's local storage, so you won't have to replay the whole thing each time.
