I am struggling with one of the small side quests and hope someone can help.

In the park I completed the task the gardener gave me and instead of returning the next day I was dragged into a main storyline quest after waking up. Now I can't go to the park to tell the gardener and complete that side quest. It keeps saying to go back another day.

I see people talking about the city being in lockdown and I have done the Lin quest where she protests, still to progress that further.

Is there a particular day or time of day I am supposed to go see the gardener or did Lin cause me, the player, more trouble than thought because that girl is the one who bleeding dragged me into the next main quest task lol.

If the city is in lockdown, you can not go there and so all tasks and quests involving visiting the city are unavailable.

Lockdown is lifted in next version of game. Either you wait for that or go back to a save make before the last event for Lin was started.

Game does warn about the lockdown, but it is easy to not understand the implications.

Thank you for responding. Unfortunately it is not the city being in lockdown, I haven't gotten that far with Lin yet but your description gave me enough to rule that out.

I just literally cannot go to the park to tell the woman who was gardening that I completed the task she gave me when I first met her. It keeps telling me to go back on another day but I have tried every day.

Had a look at the wiki and there isn't much on that character.
