Yeah, specifically for the third level, World 1-3: It’s Moving Day. From what you played, and from me playtesting the level countless times, if you want to hop off the ladder, you have to climb all the way up the ladder, and then wiggle around with the arrow keys while mashing the Z Key to jump off the ladder. It’s going to be tedious at first, but the more you keep doing this method, the more you’ll get accustomed to it.
