I also struggled with the Blackout aliens, there were pretty much always multiple people on screen so it was impossible for me to tell which one was causing the flashing. if there’s a trick to it, I haven’t figured it out.
but besides that, this is one of my favourite entries in the jam. there’s a lot of potential if you wanted to add to it, but at the same time it feels like a fun finished game with a good amount of challenge and interesting ideas. nice work :-)
