After “Protect the Church of Virah” quest in Chapter 2, if you go talk to the bathhouse worker in the changing room, you’ll hear him complain about staff shortage. After that, you can talk to Isandro and offer your help. This will make bathhouse available at night and you will now have an option to work there instead of working at Gruebert’s.

Yes, it is the same one! I adjusted some quest names a little in the new patreon build.

Ah, okay. I almost never press the Talk button, so I probably missed it. Honestly didn't realize Talk ever did anything besides additional lore.

Many are lore-related, but we try to make something different too. Some characters give you items. Some give hints on the battle etc. I enjoy RPG games where NPCs have their own little story arc going on so I’m trying to do it here too.

Hm. I tried it, and I'm still not getting an option to work for Isandro at all. I understand that this new scene is Patreon only, but is the entire Isandro job Patreon only, despite being unlocked in a chapter that is available publicly?
