I have met the requirements to meet captain celes and i have obtained the magic mirror and beat her and have the ice flake I am trying to find her to increase her affection rating. I am kinda stuck at that part I cant find her even efter going to the docks at midnight and I tried bringing Gal with me but I cant go to the docks with her. Any tips for what I may be messing up on?
