Used the 0.6.8 version.
I got a few TF Artefacts, like the Carrot and Scale ones. Carrots say they give a random Rabbit TF when used, but when using them they give a random TF from any form that is available.

When I pick them up they work normal, but when I use them from the menu, a random body part gets a random change. It seems to go for all Similar Items that I was able to find so far.
Another thing I just found is, that when finding the Harpy Egg, the legs change towards Bird/harpy like ones, but to that time I had Fox legs, so currently the legs are both. What I mean is that I have the harpy/bird legs and feet, but the legs are still covered in fur. Unless it is normal that they look like this because the Fox skin.

Took a look on the harpy legs again and yes it was fur or in that case feathers, sort of, which belongs to them. The color was similar to the fox one, so I got Confused to that time.
I found a few places like on the picture on the 3rd Floor, the Lava on. Can they be reached or are that parts that shouldn't be visible?
Had 4 yellow boxes inside a lava field on the map before too.
Ohh and some of the Text, like for the Perk "Dark Promise" not fit in the Text Box, same was for some Artefacts, but need to look which ones.
