Mosquito does not have incubation implemented, so their event does not advance further than the provided text. This is the same implementation as the original game, however the Mosquito incubation will be part of version 1.40 :D.
If you are infected with Parasite Worms, they eat the eggs, so they won’t appear. If you are not infected, then that is indeed an issue :P.
Leech Salt is a “passive” item, instead of using it, when attacked by the Leeches, you are given the option to use the salt. Beware, if the Lewdness is too high, Leah will ignore the salt.
Don’t worry, most people haven’t played or know the original. There are a few “hidden” details from the original game, like the Lewdness stat that affects a lot of things, which we do not do a good job at giving information about. We’ve been trying to improve the information provided for the game’s system, but here is that.
