is alice's quest bugged? says to meet her downtown but she doesn't show up. i've seen her scenes in the club/bathroom, the beach and in adrian's room
Alice's quest is incomplete. Her quest will continue in 1.9 or 2.0 with Norah (Best just to ignore this section of the quest guide for now as she does not turn up Downtown)
