Basically we are a jam that encourages small projects. You can use 7 non-consecutive days to do your game. Some people take weekends during a month. Others have a few days together here and there. We don't care. If you finish your game, and want to submit start another one for the same theme, you are welcome to do that too. Some people submit one game, then decide they liked working on it, and want to dedicate another 7 days to improve it. We also accept that. Basically we are trying to be as flexible as possible because of people's different schedules and interests. The point is: finish small projects, don't stress about it being perfect, do it again. The experience of doing a lot of small games is more important than making a very complicated game that never gets finished.
