After asking the team, they said that, there was supposed to be random occurrences happening. Seems like something went wrong with that and not sure if we can even fix that at this point. 
But we do appreciate your comment as this is only the second game we made so far, especially tackling horror!

What does the "submit as many times during the month as you want" imply? 

Me and my team are bit confused about that and we would like some clarification :(
